I began my journey hosting raw food parties at friends' houses, where their amazement and my happiness fuelled my passion. The desire to share the beautifully creative and healing experience of raw cuisine grew within me.

Starting in 2015, I embarked on this path, becoming a certified raw food chef and now having the privilege to certify others. The Raw at Heart Restaurant and Culinary Academy is a true expression of my love for food. Witnessing faces light up with joy and contentment as they experience Raw at Heart brings me immense joy, as what comes from the heart reaches the heart.
